Help make society safer by catching criminals in each level, taking turns with the thief moving around and apprehending the thief by cornering him.

In this game, you can choose to be either the police or the thief. As the police, corner the thief by strategically moving around the map and blocking their escape routes. If you're the thief, use the environment like fire hydrants, cars, and manholes to outsmart the police and reach your hideout with the loot.
